All orders shipped outside of the US will be subject to Duties and Taxes. Customers are responsible for any duties and taxes required by their country.
Orders placed before 1:00pm (ET) will be shipped out within 2 business days, regardless of shipping speed selected. Processing times do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Jeff Wan will accept U.S returns for refund in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned leathergoods must also include the original box, dust bags with original tags attached. Handbags with any sign of wear will not be accepted for a return. If you would like to exchange your handbag for an alternate size, please e-mail email@example.com.
If you would like to request a return, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number. Once you have submitted your request, a return authorization and domestic shipping label will be sent to you within 72 hours with return instructions. Please do not ship your return back without this authorization, as it will not be processed.
Original shipping costs are non–refundable, and a $10 fee will be applied if you choose to use our domestic return label. Jeff Wan reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be issued. We appreciate your understanding.
If you would like to request a return for an order from outside of US please e-mail email@example.com with your order number. Please be aware that original shipping costs and duties and taxes are non–refundable, and a $25 fee will be applied for any international order. When you have completed the form you will be sent a pre-paid return label for you to affix to your parcel to send back.
Jeff Wan reserves the right to refuse any return on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. Please be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for shipments outside the US.
All items must be returned in perfect condition, not used and with the original packaging and tags. We are unable to offer an exchange or refund on items that are scratched, damaged or not in their original packaging. Customs or any additional charges for returning the product will not be covered by Jeff Wan and any charges will be due to be payable by the customer if incurred by Jeff Wan and will be subtracted from any refund due.
If an item is returned to us because a customer refused to pay for any import taxes or customs duties due payable, Jeff Wan will seek to recover from the customer all costs or any fees incurred by Jeff Wan. Please note that if you refuse to pay custom duties upon delivery, a refund will only be issued after the product has been returned to us.
Normally the return of the product to Jeff Wan takes 1-2 weeks, but depending on the country’s customs officers, the Jeff Wan product could be held by the border for up to a maximum of 10 weeks, Jeff Wan is unable to offer a refund until the bag is safely returned to our logistics depot.
If your order was placed within the US, all sales taxes will be refunded. For orders placed outside the US, shipping costs, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Jeff Wan. However, you may be able to recover the duties and taxes by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise. We do not cover any additional bank charges charged by the local banks or any additional shipping and handling charges paid on your original shipment, and these will be deducted in the event you return one of our products.

Payment via bank transfer, check or COD are not accepted. We do not accept orders via telephone at this time. New York state residents will be charged sales tax.
The price of products outside US is calculated according to the rate of exchange between the base currency on our website and the local currency of the destination country at the time you place your order. We reserve the right to update such exchange rates regularly at our sole discretion, and you acknowledge that such updates may affect product pricing on the Website. You will be charged according to the applicable exchange rate at the time you place your order via the Website.

All of Jeff Wan’s leather goods are unique in that they have been handcrafted using traditional techniques and the very finest materials, chosen to guarantee optimal customer satisfaction. In order to keep your handbag or small leather goods looking great for as long as possible, we advise you take the following precautions:
-Ensure that you store your leather goods in a cool, dry place inside the protective pouch designed for this purpose.
-Avoid over-exposure to direct sunlight, artificial light or sources of heat.
-Keep leather goods away from water, oils, perfumes and cosmetics.
-Try not to let your leather goods rub against other objects as this may lead to color migration.
All Jeff Wan products are made in New York City. Your satisfaction is of great value to us, and we will repair any and all manufacturing defects in as timely a period as possible. Our leather products are made with genuine Italian, Spanish and American leather. This means each skin is unique in its own specific coloring, markings, and the surface is susceptible to scratching. Variations in surface and scratching are not viewed as defects.
Manufacturing defects are assessed on a case by case basis with a valid proof of purchase from jeffwan.com. Faults presented within the first year of use will be considered and addressed as soon as possible. Jeff Wan product guarantee is valid for one year after purchase date.
